That includes vehicles designed to be driven by the physically impaired, allowing them to select driving assist equipment - the Honda Techmatic System and Honda Franz System - according to specific disability requirements. In our consideration for the individual, our extensive ALMAS series includes a diverse range of welfare vehicles for those with special care requirements.

Honda TECHMATIC SYSTEM
The Honda Techmatic System was developed expressly to help people with disabilities drive with ease and comfort. This versatile system allows users to select equipment according to their individual needs, and options include a manual driving supplemental device, left-foot-operated accelerator pedal and steering aid knob.
The Franz System was originally developed in Germany as
a foot-operated driving system for people with leg and arm disabilities. Building on the original technology, Honda made significant revisions to produce the easier-to-use Honda Franz System. The system permits smooth steering using foot pedals.

ALMAS		 ALMAS Series - smooth, smart support for those with special needs
Honda continues to expand its ALMAS series of welfare vehicles equipped with special entry and exit features for the physically disabled. Three types of vehicle are available, equipped with passenger lift-up seat, side lift-up seat or passenger swivel seat. This extensive lineup allows users trouble-free access to the Honda vehicle of their choice.
